35 of Osiligi Farm's 50 acres are under high-yield, drought-resilient fodder — anchored by Juncao grass ("Chinese magic grass") at 18.6% crude protein. Seven modern fodder banks store over one million kilograms of hay and silage, enough to support 2,000+ cattle for up to eight months.
Five fully operational dams enable year-round irrigation for fodder crops and sustain livestock — even during severe drought. A live learning environment for climate-smart pastoralism.
A structured commercial model: aggregation and purchase of livestock from local pastoralist communities, feedlot fattening under controlled nutrition, and butchery sale of whole animals, prime cuts and value-added red meat products — ng'ombe nono nono.
